Im 17 & recently i have been putting on a lot of weight around my belly & thighs (Im not pregnant either! ), i would'nt say im obese or i obsess about my weight, but i would just liek to loose a stone or 2 and be back to my normal size... any tips on dieting or loosing weight in those area's?? ta xx

hi friend!drive a bicycle around 5 to 7 kms. per day.try it for 2 weeks.it worked for me..trust me
